Bonnie is a mindfulness teacher and reparenting coach with a deep foundation in nonviolent communication (NVC) and a variety of other methods aimed at helping individuals act from a place of awareness and choice, rather than habitual conditioning. With over 15 years of experience in teaching mindfulness and NVC and nearly two decades of practice, her expertise is well-rounded. She has participated in and staffed many NVC retreats, completed a 2-year NVC Mediate Your Life program, and completed NVC workshops with a range of trainers, including a notable 9-day intensive with Marshall Rosenberg himself.
Driven by a commitment to spread self-compassion and understanding, Bonnie uses her training in different approaches to support her clients holistically. Her work is informed by her own journey of overcoming the challenges of a dysfunctional family, focusing on offering support to those seeking more freedom in their relationships with themselves, others, and the broader world.
