Almost all of us travel with “baggage” – anger, emotional hurt and pain from the past. It is a normal part of being human. The Mediate Your Life Reconciliation and Healing workshop is a 4-day training that integrates Compassionate Communication (Nonviolent Communication/NVC), mindfulness, and a mediation framework to help you heal emotional hurt within yourself, create reconciliation between yourself and another, and help others do this.
LEARN STEP-BY-STEP PROCESSES IN A SUPPORTIVE LEARNING COMMUNITY.
The Reconciliation and Healing workshop offers innovative processes to mediate conflict and difficult conversations when unresolved emotional hurt is at the core. We offer step-by-step, highly effective “maps” and exercises that rewire your brain to return to presence and create connection between yourself and others.
